Evan Mendel Mural

Evan Mendel grew up in San Fernando Valley and is currently based out of Oxnard. Self-taught, his artistic inspiration comes from his love of skateboarding, surfing, watching cartoons, and creating graffiti art. This mural (for #beautifyearth), featuring a raven-haired beauty whose locks of hair coalesce with the sea and sky, was painted in 2017. It is on the wall that faces the back parking lot of Rip Curl Surf Shop. (Submitted by A Lopez)
