Several different fighter platforms and a 737 simulator let you fly the skies without going to flight school! Expect to pay a nice chunk for the experience - it may cost you a couple hundred bucks to take the entire family. It makes the perfect birthday or Christmas gift even for those people who have everything except a pilot's license. Minimum age to partake in the simulations is 11.
