Description:
In 1989, a resident of Santa Barbara placed a toy frog on a hillside wall in the Riviera area. Over the next 25 years, visitors started leaving their own offerings resembling this green amphibian, believing it would bring them good luck. Today, this spot is recognized as The Frog Shrine (or frog wall), a unique place dedicated to celebrating our beloved green companions.
