Constructed in 1887 and commonly referred to as Armory Hall, this building was established to cater to the needs of the Grand Army of the Republic. The Grand Army of the Republic was a fraternal organization comprising veterans from the Union Army, Navy, and Marine Corps who served during the Civil War.
