This giant Santa was once a landmark on Santa Claus Lane in Carpenteria--a quaint seaside strip mall once lined with Christmas-themed stores year round. In 2002, nostalgic locals petitioned that Santa be saved, and he now chills roadisde in his current home of Oxnard.
