Make sure you go on the third weekend of every month when the Orange County Model Engineers host free train rides on different-scale miniature equipment. Yup, that's right! Free! In an era when "free" doesn't usually mean completely without cost this is one activity that you can enjoy with the kids without spending an entire day's pay. Make sure your kids meet the height requirements - all riders must be at least 31" tall and able to walk on their own. The average ride lasts about 12 minutes and run from 10:00AM to 3:00 PM.
