Hangman's Tree

Located in the historic gold-mining town of Holcomb, this tree was where Old West justice was meted out. While you're here you can take a self-guided tour around the area which includes a few old cabins and a gravesite. The tree is in a isolated area so look for the Gold Fever Interpretive Site just a few feet away.
