Haunted House from "Shining Vale"

This house served as the filming location for Starz's horror-dark comedy series "Shining Vale," starring Courteney Cox and Greg Kinnear. The Phelps family relocates from the city to this ominous dwelling after Patricia "Pat" Phelps (portrayed by Courteney Cox) is discovered cheating on her husband, Terry Phelps (Greg Kinnear).
