Can't get to Denmark? Don't worry! Just travel along the scenic 101 to Santa Barbara and then take the 154 mountain pass to the Santa Ynez Valley. Here surrounded by mountains on all sides you'll find a replica of the quaint Danish capital albeit usually much warmer. You'll find a lot of pastries, small shops, and plenty of references to Hans Christian Anderson. For travelers who may never get to Hamlet's country you can get a taste of what this Nordic country would be like.
