Historic Stateline Fire Lookout

Wondering what Lake Tahoe looks like with a bird's eye view? Head to this lookout which gives you an awesome vantage point for this blue jewel that straddles the California-Nevada border. To get there, hike up a paved fire trail (it gains elevation of about 400 feet over 1/2 a mile). Interpretive signs at the top give you information about the lookout and the history of the area.
