Collaborating closely with winemakers, the vineyard prioritizes optimum flavor expression by carefully selecting the harvest time. Nestled in a hillside canyon, the grapes mature later than valley-floor counterparts, often extending the harvest into late October or early November. While this adds pressure, the extra time on the vines enhances the development of distinct flavors that characterize Jericho Canyon Vineyard wines.
