Joshua Tree Saloon

Even though it looks like something right out of the Old West, this saloon and grill has been serving guests since 1985. The menu is a bit more exotic than what you might expect from a saloon. Ahi poke, calamari, and garden burgers are listed right next to your usual country home-cooked comfort food. It's in a touristy area in a small desert town so expect longer-than-normal wait times during their peak hours.
