Kate Sessions Park

Kate Sessions Park is a beautiful dog-friendly park known for its picturesque views, lush greenery, and diverse plant life. Named after Kate Sessions (a.k.a. the Mother of Balboa Park), a renowned horticulturist and landscape architect, the park is situated in the heart of the city's scenic Pacific Beach neighborhood. The park covers approximately 79 acres and features well-maintained grassy areas, shady trees, and walking paths. There are several picnic tables, benches, and barbecue grills available for public use. The ample open spaces also make it a popular spot for sports and recreational activities such as frisbee, soccer, and kite flying.
