Description:

Located within the Mojave National Preserve this depot was built to provide railroad services to passengers and trains. It was a place where visitors could rest before continuing to their next destination as well as a place where steam locomotives could get a water fill-up. In addition to being an important part of railroad history in America, it's also the main Visitor Center of the park.
