LA City Hall Observation Deck

L.A. City Hall is a landmark that has survived the tumultuous earthquakes of the Southland. It was restored in 2001 and can withstand an earthquake of an 8.0 magnitude. So you can feel secure on the 27th floor observation deck. Admission is free although you will most likely have to pay for parking. The deck is only open on Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
