Lake Gregory Dam

The newly rehabilitation of this octogenarian dam took place in 2019. As a fixture in Crestline for almost a century, draining the lake was out of the question, but the dam definitely needed to be repaired as it was deemed a hazard. $24.6 million was invested to repair the dam. After the repair, the lake levels returned to normal and the beaches improved as well.
