Lomita Railroad Museum

It's a replica of a Massachusetts station built near the turn of the 19th to the 20th centuries. Some of the neat locomotives include a Southern Pacific Steam Locomotive and Tender, a 1910 Union Pacific Caboose, a modern all-steel Santa Fe caboose, a 1923 Union Oil Tank Car, and a 1913 Southern Pacific outside-braced wood box car. It's also a great deal with free parking and admission under $5 per person (a little less for kids). The museum is open Thursday through Sunday for 10 AM to 5 PM.
