Los Feliz Murder House

An innocent-looking residence built in the Spanish Colonial Revival style is the site of a 1959 murder-suicide perpetrated by Dr. Harold Perelson upon his wife. Fortunately, his children were spared, although he did make an attempt on their lives too. Although the house has a sordid and violent history with rumors of hauntings, the market value keeps going up in this affluent area of Los Angeles. In 2020 it sold for more than $2 million.
