In 1897, Charles Lummis - author, historian, and journalist - built himself a castle. At 4,000 square feet, it is still small by castle standards but it is no less charming with its rustic exterior and minimalist interior. Not many things are free in Los Angeles but admission here is which makes it a interesting and cheap choice for a date!
