Millions knew the talking palomino as Mr. Ed but his real name was Bamboo Harvester. Before being thrust into the limelight, Bamboo Harvester was born on an idyllic farm. This L.A. landmark is also significant because of the rare redwood barn which is one of the few still standing in this area. It is private property so be careful not to enter the grounds without permission.
