Description:
It's amazing how entertaining a penny arcade can be when so many gadgets vie for our attention. Entry to the museum is free and the quarters you use to play the games go towards the extensive repairs and upkeep that the machines need. The arcade is all that is left of Playland, a popular tourist attraction on Fisherman's Wharf in the 1920s. You can see X-rated stuff from the turn of the century (which would be a PG rating today) or get your fortune from the mechanical gypsy, play pinball, or classic video games.
