Sun, surf, sand, and tears...Noelle's artwork is perfectly suited to be a part of the collection. Tthe Pow! Wow! Long Beach movement took its name from comic books in which you often see those exclamations in the speech bubbles. Her mural is on the side wall of a market facing the parking lot.
