This award winning Temecula winery is accidentally trendy with its Hobbit-like cave. 9,000 square feet of wine caves tunnel through Pauba soil formation 104 feet below the ground. Within these subterranean caverns you can wine, dine, and enjoy the cool, calm atmosphere. A climate controlled pavilion offers a stunning view of the entire valley. The winery serves a variety of vintages as well as their famous strawberry and raspberry champagnes.
