Oceanside Sign

The first set of 9 letters was put in 1965 and remained for over 30 years. The 96-inch-tall wooden letters weathered the salty beach atmosphere until 2016 when they were replaced by a more durable synthetic material. The letters still look the same - just a brighter blue that looks fresher in photos. (Submitted by yopecas)
