This L.A. oasis has airy rooms and lots of light to create a paradise-like ambience in the middle of Koreatown. The restaurant features Michelin chef Josiah Citrin. Dishes are created with locally sourced ingredients and there is plenty for vegans to choose from as well. You can also book a room although they're quite pricey at almost $300 in the off season.
