PCH Water Tower House

This round house is 87 feet off the ground and sold in 2016 for $1.5 million. Along with 2,800 square feet, the tower has three bedrooms, four baths, and an awesome 360-degree view of Orange County - from the Pacific Ocean to the distant mountains. The water tower was once used to service steam engines in the 1800s; at that time it held more than 75,000 gallons of water. Nowadays, it's listed as a rental at almost $1,000 per night.
