Description:

It was once the Hub Cap Capital of the World. The town had gotten its nickname because Lucy Pearson collected hubcaps as a hobby. At one point she was said to have around 140,000 in her possession. The hubcaps are now gone but the playground, giant Uniroyal gal, and water tower remain.
