PlumpJack Estate Winery

PlumpJack Estate Winery started in 1992 with a small wine store in San Francisco named PlumpJack Wine & Spirits, founded by Gavin Newsom. In 1995, Newsom and philanthropist Gordon Getty acquired a historic 42-acre estate in Napa Valley, leading to the establishment of PlumpJack Estate Winery. Winemaker Aaron Miller joined in 2012, continuing the legacy of crafting elegant wines that honor the Oakville Estate Vineyard. The team achieved significant recognition with perfect 100-point scores for the 2013, 2015, and 2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignons from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, showcasing their commitment to quality and accessibility.
