Point Hueneme Lighthouse

Built in 1941 in the Art Deco style of architecture, Point Hueneme Lighthouse is one of the more modern structures of its type. It's still owned and operated by the U.S. Coast Guard, but a promenade that runs alongside the port to the lighthouse allows visitors to see it up close. There is some street parking about 1/2 mile away near Market St. and Surfside Dr.
