Queensway Bridge

A bridge built for Californians, this connection over the LA River allows for cars, but is accessible by bike or skateboard. With a fantastic view of the sunset, it's a great place to take an evening walk. The crossing built in 1970, is 1,200 feet long and connects downtown Long Beach with the outer Port of Long Beach. At nighttime, the span glows with colored lights, outlining it against the evening sky, with an iridescent reflection in the water below.
