Rancho Camulos Museum

This is "where the history, music, and romance of Old California still linger." Take a scenic drive through Santa Clarita and the Heritage Valley and time travel back to the 1800s. This working ranch and museum which began as a part of a 48,000-acre Mexican land grant was the setting for the 1884 novel "Ramona" by Helen Hunt Jackson. The living museum includes the main adobe, cocina, chapel, schoolhouse, and grounds. See the website for tour times and events.
