Description:

The Reyes Adobe Historical Site is a historic landmark located in Agoura Hills, CA. It was built in 1850 by Francisco Reyes, a wealthy ranchero who owned extensive landholdings in the region. The adobe served as a home for the Reyes family and as a stopover for travelers on the El Camino Real. Today, the Reyes Adobe Historical Site is a museum and park that offers visitors a glimpse into the history and culture of the region. The adobe has been restored to its original condition and contains exhibits and artifacts related to the early settlers of the area, including the Chumash Indians, Spanish explorers, and Mexican rancheros.
