Description:
These man-made stacks of flattish rocks smoothed by pounding ocean movement can be found off PCH on Dune Beach, about a half mile of Big Sycamore Canyon, northbound. Across the highway are the windswept dunes that give the beach its name. It's a favorite place for hiking and sandboarding and you can get great views of the beach and the ocean from the top of the dune.
