Connecting Ocean Way and the Will Rogers Beach Tunnel, these 41 brightly painted steps will make your journey to the beach just that much better. Nobody's actually sure who painted the steps, but our best guesses are it was either a unicorn, a rogue leprechaun, or a combination of both (a leprechaun riding a unicorn eating some Skittles). Odds are it was the 3rd option. Taste the rainbow.
