Spectra Tower

SPECTRA is a seven-story spiral walkway that takes visitors on six revolutions all the way up to a viewing deck. Conceived and realized by the UK-based creative studio NEWSUBSTANCE, the structure was one of six art installations originally commissioned for the 2018 festival. Spectra returned the following year and will remain in place as the first resident art piece.
