Sunnyside Conservatory

111 years do not detract from the understated elegance and sophistication of this musical conservatory. The Victorian-inspired building was once in danger of being demolished as it was decaying from age and vandalism. With the help of donations and city money an intense restoration project brought the manse back to its former splendor. Now it houses concert and artistic events and the occasional party or wedding.
