With its waterfront view one would be hard-pressed to believe that this elegantly weather-beaten Victorian building was marked for demolition after Port Costa went bust. This hotel has been in business since the Gold Rush era of California, thus being the oldest-operating hotel in the Golden State. Naturally, there are restless spirits wandering around the sleeping quarters...so don't be surprised if you have a run-in with one of these apparitions!
