The Culver Hotel

Built in 1924, the Culver Hotel offers early 1900s European-inspired glamour. The flatiron structure is a rarity in Los Angeles especially in such pristine condition. Architects Claud Beelman and Aleck Curlett designed the Art Deco building which is in walking distance within Culver Studios and MGM (now Sony). It's made a few appearances in movies and TV such as "The Wonder Years," "Bones," and "Last Action Hero."
