Description:
A palatial residence seemingly taken right out of the pages of a fantasy novel is most famous for the short period of time Houdini and his wife, Bess, stayed while he was working on the film "The Grim Game and Terror Island." Associated with the master of illusion, it is full of mystery with secret passages and tunnels. Harry Houdini himself never owned the property and rumor has it he lived temporarily in a guest house that was connected by one of the tunnels. Apparently, it is an Airbnb property, assuming you can pay more than $2,000 per glorious night. (Submitted by Paola Tapia)
