Description:
The oldest restaurant has been feeding diners for almost 130 years. An old-school cafe with counter writes the daily menu on a chalkboard. This roadside diner was a necessity when it was a little harder to travel from city to city. If you want a more relaxed experience, visit on the weekdays. Weekends can be a bit more hectic, but the eggs and chicken-fried steak are worth it by all accounts. You'll also get a kick out the vintage memorabilia and newspaper clippings.
