Description:
A charming, wooden covered foot bridge can be found near the swimming pool at the Langham Huntington Pasadena Hotel. It dates back to 1933 and is named for the lovely paintings on each of the gables that transect the roof every few feet. In 2013, the paintings got a major facelift, necessary after being exposed to the elements for several decades. Parking is not permitted on the grounds unless you're a guest, but you might be able to find street parking on Oak Knoll Avenue and walk 1/2 mile to the bridge. (Submitted by Brenda Rios)
