Tin Mine Canyon

A moderately paced 4.5-mile round trip hike will take you to the secret mines of the Santa Ana Mountain Range. Most of the mines around this area were tin, but closed down because they weren't very profitable. In fact, the tin boom lasted a mere three years. Take the 91 to Green River Road and follow along until it turns into Foothill Pkwy. Follow the signs to get to the trail head. (Submitted by Brooke Staggs)
