There are several ways to hike to the Tom LaBonge Panorama (officially known as the Mt. Hollywood Summit) in Griffith Park, but the easiest route starts at the Griffith Observatory parking lot. Please note that this is a paid parking area. After parking, head to the Charlie Turner Trailhead at the lot's entrance. From there, follow the Mt. Hollywood Trail, crossing Mt. Hollywood Drive as you make your way up the mountain. Be sure to check your map to stay on the quickest path. At the summit, you'll be rewarded with stunning 360-degree views, stretching all the way to the ocean on clear days.
