Description:

Long Meadow Grove in Sequoia National Forest is the home of these colossal trees, some of which are more than 1,500 years old. Along the trail you'll come across two giant sequoias which fell over in 2011. Amazingly, they fused together at the base, appearing as one super-long tree. Other rarities of nature can be found too, such as the "cedoia" - a giant sequoia and cedar growing as one and the "Sentinels" - five giant sequoias growing together in a circular fashion.
