Nestled in California's Eastern Sierra Mountains, this hot spring is free to visit. You can even go skinny dipping although nude bathers might be in the minority. Because the hot springs of Sierra are maintained by volunteers, visitors are asked to help keep this natural resource clean and free of debris. There aren't any snack shops located near the springs so stock up on water and snacks before you get there. The water at the source is scalding, but it cools to a very luxurious 103 degrees Fahrenheit when it reaches the pool. Enjoy!
