"Art with a purpose" best describes these 49 stainless steel poles with weather vanes attached at the top. Created by Inigo Manglano-Ovalle the poles are of three different heights placed in a way that is highly sensitive to wind conditions. The kinetic art is also pretty to look at. They're located in Tongva Park and are open to the public.
