Whiteface Mountain

Saves: 76
Check-ins: 5
This roughly 2-mile hike goes through the rugged terrain of Simi Valley. First-time hikers beware - this is considered a difficult hike for even seasoned trekkers. It is rewarding, though - the tallest mountain in Simi Valley ends at the summit with a panoramic view of the valley and a swing hidden in the trees. Things you might want to consider bringing: water, hiking shoes, gloves for scrambling up steep rocks, and long pants. Even though dogs are allowed on the trail leaving them at home is highly recommended. (Submitted by Eric Bristol)
