Description:
Reusing and upcycling at its finest, the Willits Arch was repurposed from the one formerly used by Reno. It once declared Reno as "The Biggest Little City in the World." Instead of such a grand claim, the Willits Arch simply states that the town is the "Heart of Mendocino County." The city which is the "gateway to the Redwoods" was where the famous racing horse Seabiscuit eventually retired to and was buried in.
