Wonderland Massacre House

A non-descript home in this attractive Laurel Canyon neighborhood belies a dark past fueled by drugs and violence. In 1981 four people known for dealing and using drugs were beaten to death by unknown assailants (although there were several suspects). Another woman survived, but sustained permanent injuries. To this day victim John Holmes is believed to haunt the residence. The gruesome murders were part of the storyline of the Hollywood blockbuster "Boogie Nights" starring Mark Wahlberg.
