Ashcroft Ghost Town

Drive 11 miles on Castle Creek Road to reach this 19th century ghost town. Wooden buildings are all that's left of this old mining town. There are also scenic trails and great hiking. The well-maintained historical site has a docent during open hours and there is a $5 general admission fee.
